Who we are
Landarra is an integrated residential development partner focused on delivering well-planned communities through a connected end-to-end approach. With a strong focus on both land development and built form outcomes, Landarra ensures each community is carefully considered from planning through to delivery.
Our Vision
Our Philosophy
For Landarra, development is not just about creating lots to sell. It is about creating neighbourhoods that foster pride of place, individuality and long-term value for the people who live there.
By taking a structured approach to land planning, Landarra is able to support stronger design integrity and more cohesive streetscapes.
Landarra’s goal is to deliver places where people feel a genuine sense of belonging and where their investment is supported not just by land value but by the quality of the surrounding outcomes, with a genuine appeal that ensures these communities are created for lives to be lived.
Nathan Jenkinson
Nathan Jenkinson is the Managing Director and CEO of Mirrastone, Victoria’s number one home builder. With nearly two decades of experience across residential construction and development, Nathan brings a combination of hands-on expertise, commercial acumen and strategic leadership.
His career in property began on the ground, developing a deep understanding of operations across housing, development and project delivery. Over time, he has contributed to a range of large-scale residential developments, including projects such as Saltwater Coast and Hunt Club Estate, building a strong foundation in delivering masterplanned communities.
In 2016, Nathan co-founded SOHO Living, growing it into Victoria’s leading semi-detached home builder, with the business now encompassing brands such as SOHO Built and Hattan. Today, he leads Mirrastone’s multi-brand platform, guiding its continued growth across housing, development and integrated delivery.
Nathan’s leadership is grounded in trust, collaboration and a focus on delivering outcomes that balance design, affordability and long-term value for customers and communities.
Mark Adams & Luke Adams
Mark Adams and Luke Adams are the directors at SOHO Living, united by a shared belief that the strongest housing opportunities sit at the intersection of land development and homebuilding. Early on, they recognised that combining these two capabilities would enable a more agile, end-to-end model, one that responds to market needs while delivering strong value for buyers.
With more than 30 years of experience across real estate sales, property development and residential construction, Mark brings deep land knowledge and a strong commercial lens to SOHO Living’s growth.
His focus is on delivering accessible, functional, well-designed homes by leveraging scale, disciplined delivery, and SOHO’s build-and-develop approach.
Luke and Mark share the same vision: homes that balance value, design and location, underpinned by the belief that homeownership should be accessible and rewarding. His broad experience across property and construction supports SOHO Living’s continued growth and the delivery of land-and-build projects across Victoria.
Pasquale Garofalo & Charles Agius
Pasquale Garofalo and Charles Agius co-founded Mirrastone (formerly AHB Group) in 2005, building the business from a modest start into Victoria’s largest home builder. Together, they have shaped a multi-brand portfolio that delivers housing across every market segment, from affordable family homes and townhomes to premium custom builds and specialist accommodation.
With complementary strengths in construction, land development, project marketing and business leadership, Pasquale and Charles remain actively involved as Directors, supporting strategic growth, operational resilience and long-term partnerships across the Group. Their focus continues to centre on delivering quality homes at scale, backed by integrity, strong systems and a deep understanding of the Australian market.
